bluetooth issue

hello,
i have a 3gs jailbroken using 3.01 the problem is im not able to pair my iphone with anyone,but my friend at work has a a 3g and he could not connect to someone else either,and his is not jailbroken,yes bluetooth was on,but dont work,im not sure what the issue is,any help would be apreciate,thanks in advanced.

Well the iPhones Bluetooth doesn't have alot of Bluetooth profile. There's an app In cydia called ibluetooth that does that but since u have a3gs it doesn't work rite Noe. But the developed is workin on it

wait, what?

are you trying to pair up with another iphone to play apps together? if you are, then you dont need to pair up, you just need to turn on bluetooth and start the app.

or if you are trying to connect to a computer/other device, you need to make sure that it's bluetooth compatible and/or has bluetooth drivers installed.

if you are trying to share files: not supported ^^
if you are trying to pair with a headset: that should work via paring. you only really need paring for that and nothing else
