does 3.1 software come with 3.1? and if so is there a way to turn it off? I had 3.0 with the quick reply from cydia upgraded to 3.1 with a custom ispw. i still ahve quick reply but it is not listed under settings anymore. i dont want it anymore because if i dont wanna answer the text and just push close, the reminder goes away above the icon so i forget about them a lot
