Major help !!
I did a research and couldn't find the answer to my problem. I have downloaded apps and games from cydia, I tried syncing with iTunes so whnever I restore or update my phone in the future, I will have my apps and I won't lose data. I'm on 3.1.2 firmware, yes info have appsync 3.1 installed in my device. Everytime I go to my phone and click transfer purchases, it says " the following apps could not be transferred because iTunes or something won't allow me to play or sumshit like that. In the list is all my downloaded apps from cydia, yet I can still see them on my homescreen. I also tried clicking reset warning and nothing happens. I tried other various program such as ifunbox, diskaid, and etc. None of those could detect my device. Yes I have afc2add, aswell as open source ssh. What is the problem? My carrier is AT&T, I'm getting really frustraded.
----DONT WANT TO MAKE ANOTHER TOPIC-----
I have been trying to ssh stuff to my phone, with winscp, or just drag and drop play with idisk or ifunbox. neither detect my device. i get an error message saying "could not detect device" whenever i plug in my iphone. i really need help. i tried in another friends pc with idisk and it was able to read it.

if your friends computer worked dont you think it could be YOUR computer thats the problem and not the iPhone.... imo i would try reinstalling everything you use.
When the police want to know where someone is, they ask apple.

Is your phone detected by iTunes on the computer where the other programs will not see it? Make sure iTunes and the SSH apps are all up to date.
About apps not transferring; since you have AppSync, i can assume the apps are cracked-->they won't transfer.

And to add to that talk about cracked/pirated apps is a no no on the forum.

I understand that, and wasn't gonna go any further. Couldn't really answer his question without throwing around the "c" or "p" word.

I know, was just mentioning incase he came back asking questions about it.

If they actually buy the apps then most of the problem is fixed.Last edited by Cer0; 12-10-2009 at 07:55 PM.

The problem is you are trying to steal apps and iTunes won't let you. Go away.
