Cant hear sometimes when received a call

Sometimes I got the problem that When answering a call I cant hear the person...I`ve got to Respring of Reboot.
What could be the problem of this? Any one else with this prob?

Do you have any weather apps that you are using like weather icon or anything else like that, or maybe a weather widget on your lockscreen?

I`m using a winterboard Lockscreen Weather called Chris Flip Lockscreen..
I was using this before and had no problem but recently I had to Restore the phone..and now I`m having this problem...

Now I`m experiensing wifi works now...then later it doesnt work...then it works again...damn..have to install push fixx???
