Random Vibrations

Ok, every once in a while my phone will vibrate w/ no reason. It happens both in my pocket and sitting on my desk, so I know its not a phantom vibrate. Also, I check my SMS, mail, and all other apps for notifications/updates and there are none. I don't have 3G here, so some have suggested its switching from EDGE to 3G, but I'm not even moving when its on my desk. Also, the phone is only like 6 weeks old so I don't think it's the switch. The switch feels very solid and I'm not touching it when it goes off on my desk. Any ideas or anyone experiencing the same?

If its only 6 weeks old, then take it back to apple. It's so easy to exchange for a new phone, they barely even ask any questions.
