why does the person I am talking to on the phone able to hear the incoming call beeps

That is definitely a mystery. Maybe ask on the Apple Support Forums, and they'll fix it in a software update lol

I have experienced this on every iphone I have ever owned and also noticed it on every person I speak to with an iPhone.

Gets annoying because I can never tell if it's my phone or theirs. Always have to look.
