question about downloading files

how can I add the files downloaded here (modmyi) to the iphone? for examples theme, icons, etc.

An SSH client such as WinSCP. That's assuming you have wireless internet.

WinSCP: Download WinSCP from SourceForge.net

I'm sure YouTube has plenty of videos on it.

I am using Mac, how about cyberduck? can i add files to the phone using that app?
