Hey guys, I've come across a peculiar issue on my iPhone.. whenever there is a need for a respring, it won't respring back to the lockscreen like it's supposed to.
I'm currently using Winterboard, SBSettings, SupremePreferences on an iPhone 3GS, OS 3.1.2.
When respring-ing, it would go back to the home screen but you cannot open anything (it would still highlight the icon you hold your finger over, though) until you press the sleep button and unlock the phone.
It's not that big of an issue but still a peculiar one I'd like to fix if possible. Any ideas on why this is happening or how to fix it?
P.S. the issue occurred before I installed SupremePreferences (just a couple of days ago)
i have 3G running 3.1.2 and i have the same problem here. whenever i re-spring, it does not go back to the menu instead of the lockscreen. i can not launch any application, it just blinks. the only solution is to press the power button to go back to lockscreen, enter the pin code, then everything is fine.
i did not install advancedpreference or supremeprefernce.
Hi Billy. I'm in the same situation as you. But I manage to find a fix to fix mine. Hope it helps. Here goes:
install supreme preferences AGAIN.
GO to winterboard and activate SP
GO to settings
go to SP
go look ard and find an option called respring +lock
activate that option an exit.
Go back to winterboard and disable SP
after respring go to cydia and remove SP.
