I've been using this jb for some time now and the data IP address always used to be NA (as i don't use 3G or Edge). My phone is on the tmobile network and I use it over wi-fi all the time. The IP address I reconize as it's from my network however this new "Data ip address" references an IP simular to 25.97.71.xxx which when I perform an ip lookup says Defence Network UK??? Holy !@$# what is this????

Second problem (consider minor compared to above)
I have to turn off/on the wi-fi recently to get a connection. Seems like the wi-fi just dies after a few hours... is it because of the blackrain jb or???
As for the wifi, yes I think that is a fairly common problem with the Blackra1n jailbreak and/or the blacksn0w unlock. I've heard some people fix it by then restoring from a custom firmware created with pwnagetool.
As for your data ip, the "data" IP address is supposed to be the IP you are assigned when connected to your cellular carriers data connection. Maybe its making this connection somehow? Can you browse the web whilst the wifi is off? If not, maybe it maintains the connection whether you sign up for it or not, but you cannot actually use it unless you pay for it.
I cannot browse the web without the wifi. I can turn on edge but just get an advertisement wanting me to sign up for their data plan. What has me so concerned is the Uk defence thing.... Especially sone I live in the US...
Maybe I should just wipe It and start over??? (which would suck)
