IPSW Install

Some of my apps are no longer valid since I am still on 3.0 and do not really want to upgrade to 3.1.2. Itunes 9.0 will delete any apps that are/were upgraded to 3.1.

I have lost a couple of those that were 3.0 and now are 3.1. I still have the IPSW for those apps. When I used a WM OS on my other phones I could install a CAB.

1. Can I install an IPSW like I did a CAB?
2. How do I bypass the 9.0 delete of apps if they are now 3.1?

If you talking about cracked apps......then you need to refer to the rules...because we dont allow ANY discussion on cracked/pirated/warez stuff.

No, I am not talking about cracked apps. If you knew and read the posting, you would know I am talking about Itunes Store, Apple approved apps.
Why is everyone so hyper about cracked apps.

Chill? Why don't people learn to read? I was very specific in my posting. I am syncing with Itunes and everyone should know that if you sync with Itunes you don't sync 'Cracked Apps.'

I personally believe that if a poster can't provide an answer to the question or 'Added Value' then read and move on.

I specifically stated that I don't want to upgrade to 3.1.2. MPO!
There are many users that are not upgrading either.

I have the ipsw apps for the 3.0 version. That was my question.
How do you install if you can ipsw apps without syncing to Itunes.

Do you happen to know how?
