Iphone 3gs battery problems

I have a 3gs with 3.0.1 jailbroken. It has been jb for about 2 weeks now and has been working fine. Today i upgraded my cydia when it asked me to and after that my phone has been going crazy. My battery dropped from 100% to 20% then it dies. Then it jumps up and down after i recharged it. I dont know what to do. Please anyone help me. I am pretty scared here because im a noob in these things. Thank you

That sucks. . . . . I would suggest a full restore. There are just to many things that could have gone wrong.

If anyone has any other suggstions. . . . . .

I did a restore to 3.1.2 and it got messed up so i took it to apple. And they did a full restore for me with 3.1.2. And now my battery is doing the samething. Its jumping around from like 93percent to like 70 and then i plug in the charger and it jumps to 90. Anyone please have any suggestions, i dont want to replace my iphone with apple because i got lucky with the new iboot that i dont have it. And if i have to replace it i will probably get that new iboot.
