Default Laggy home button probably after using fontswap or ipodpop

Recently, I installed fontswap and iPod pop. After I messed around with fontswap a lot, I noticed major home Button lag. I uninstalled both apps and still have the problem. It takes 10 secs for an app to exit after I push it and can do a neat trick by pushing home then power and setting it down. It turns off almost on it's own lol. Anyody know how to fix this? I know it's a software problrm because mquickdo does the same thing.

I figured it out! The button isnt laggy in safe mode so obviously it was a mobilesubstrate extension. I used sbsettings to do some troubleshooting and figured out that it was reflectivedock causing all the problems. It seems like it has to recreate the reflections of the icons if an app uses too much memory; therefore clearing its cache of icons; for example, when just the notes app is open, then closed, the lag isnt as long. I have it set to reflect ALL 150 or so of my icons, so its actually pretty fast at doing it. if I just used the dock reflection, the lag will probably be more minor.

are there any other extensions that have to reload every time you go back to the home screen?
