Hi...

This morning, I got a "no signal" on my iPhone for a minute or two. In those minutes, I noticed that I got a new menu option
under Settings -> General I think, called "Carriers" that allowed me to choose carriers presumably (never waited for the list of carriers to fiinish loading). But when I got a signal again, that "Carriers" menu option was gone and has not re-appeared since.

Is there any way I can get that option back? I can really see a use for manually selecting a carrier when you're traveling on weekends in the countryside etc.
Besides, most phones have such a menu option and I want it back!!

Searches on Google and on modmyi did not help much, so I am hoping gurus read this and respond. Any thoughts, ideas would be welcome and appreciated!
