Auto lock not working

I changed my auto lock prefs to never and when i changed them back to one minute it does not work now. I have tried restarting and respringing but no luck. Can anyone shed some light on this for me.

i've had this loads of times what you can do:
1)turn autolock off reboot then turn autolock back on
2)respring
3)turn it off leave it overnight turn it back on and usually it's fixed
basicaly sometimes newly installed apps(both cydia and sometimes appstore)cause this to happen

anybody having this issue now? I've done a few updates like Cydia and dam I can't remember lol any way to troubleshoot?
