Need advice on a selling price

For my iphone 3g. I want to upgrade to the 3gs, and I'm going to use a portion of my deposit refund to do so. I figure, if I sell my 3G, then use whatever I need from my deposit return I'll be good.

I'd say it's an 8/10 condition wise, almost always had a case/screen shield on it..

What should I ask for it on ebay and or craigslist? I was thinking around 320 or 300..

I was thinking of doing free shipping too, I know that usually can help sway a buyers mind.. Just hoping it won't cost too much, I still have th original box, so I'll ship it in that and some other stuff... I need to see how much that box weighs.

Don't do free shipping, shipping can get expensive sometimes.

But $300 seems good then maybe $15 - $25 shipping

I'd try for 350 + shipping...

But if your in a hurry and don't really care, 300+free shipping is the way to go... it'll be like selling it for 280, and it'll be gone in hours...

(i've sold plenty of iPhone's on craigslist, its really fast and easy, most of the time when I post an iPhone, it's sold before the sun goes down... and thats selling for between 350 and 400... but the phones are always in amazing condition, with the box and accessories... With the holiday season coming up, if you have the box, papers, and accessories, 350 would be an easy sale.)
