Iphone battery issue plz help ? :(

I've read that many users had problems with their battery draining too fast, well I got to use my iphone all day without it dying on me, but I didn't literally use it all day, the battery seemed to go down faster when I played with 3g and and text and stuff....

but also when I charge it i notice it would charge really fast? is that normal? i use a wall charger, I mean how long does it usually take to fully charge an Iphone, I was down 20% and I think in like an hour i believe or 45 minutes...it seem to be almost fully charged?
