Earlier today I was on the phone, no problem. Last night it was charging, as far as I know. (Meaning unless the charger managed to become unplugged.)
I never upgraded to the last firmware. At first I was wary, and then although it was fine to I was just lazy.
Last night I connected to iTunes, and it asked me to update, but I did not. As I said, it was fine earlier today.
After the phone call I tried sending a photo to myself because my mum hadn't received a few. I did not receive it. So, I connected to my computer to send it directly. Nothing happened when I connected, but I thought it was because I forced Itunes to close a while before. I did not think much of it except that annoyingly I'd have to email later.
Then, now, I tried to make a phone call. My phone is black. I tried to turn it on, as if I accidentally turned it off, but nothing. I plugged it into the charger, but it did not do anything? Plugged into my computer there is no response again.
Thank you. I feel like a fool, because I should have known to do the power button and home thing. In fact I thought it, but couldn't remember exactly what to do. I tried, but not long enough, and came here to ask.
It worked. What a relief. It is not a good feeling to be phone-less, especially for no apparent reason!
Been there, done that. The total flabbergasted feeling and the panic rising like Mercery, IS IT DEAD!?
I actually threw my 2G a couple of meters when I had iBowl, that works like a wii remote.... installed and let go of the wrong fingers... Still worked like a charm. They donīt seem to brake that easy, īcept for the 3Gs, my new one. No iBowl on that! :-)
