Help!

Sooo this is my first time using a forum to get a question answered, but I'm hoping you all can help me.

Recently I had to reformat my main computer's hard drive due to a nasty virus, and all my music/iTunes data files and everything else were erased. I couldn't back them up before reformatting, so is there any way I can copy all the files from my iPhone onto my computer and re-sync it to iTunes? I paid for a lot of apps, and I'm afraid of losing them all...

You should be fine and be able to transfer purchases when you set iTunes up.
