Stack Help

I installed Stack for the first time, and didn't want any of the default apps in the stack so I removed them, now I can't add anything to the stack, did I screw it up? I've tried uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling but after the reinstall the stack is still empty and still can't add to it, as if some setting is left over from the previous installtion. It's driving me crazy.

hold an icon until they all wiggle then drag the apps you want onto the stack until it opens up then just let go, hope this helps

Problem is, Stack 3.0 doesn't allows show up so it's hard to find it when you want to drag an app into it.
