Here is a link that helped me remove a bad URL that i added to Cydia that was never fully added where i couldn't delete the repo, and gave an error message every time. Hope this helps since this thread has become very uninformative.

I've had the same problem ever since I downloaded CYLAY Three from MODMYI.
