Have one iPhone, adding 2 more--Share apps?

I have my iPhone that is unlocked and jailbroken with pwnage tool. I just purchased a like new 3G that is unlocked with Blackra1n/Blacksnow. I am about to get a third brand new from ATT.

Question: if all three are jailbroken/unlocked, can I sync all three to itunes and put the apps I already own/downloaded on the two new phones?

Anything I should look out for?

You can have those apps on all three. I too have three iPhones and have allot of the same apps on all three. Itunes will remember each phones individual settings.
