iPhone iPod cover art all mixed up (with screenshots to help)

Okay guys I came across a very annoying and disturbing bug. I keep all the music in my iTunes extremely organized. Every song has a title, artist, album, year, and artwork.

I noticed the other day my iPod artwork on my iPhone 3G was getting all mixed up. The wrong artwork is on the wrong title. It's also using Genius artwork. Strange!

Heres the strangest part:



First of all, I don't even have that Hard Candy CD on my iTunes. Seriously. That's wrong.



Second of all, its showing Lady Gaga artwork when I double tap to get the track list.

Does anyone know what could've caused this? The iTunes artwork on my computer is all right. See ----->>>>>>

I had this problem at one point in time. Only difference was that it put my artwork from my podcasts on the music.

I've looked this up and the only real solution is to wipe all the music off and resync it. I hear there are issues when you manually manage artwork, so just hit the "Store>Find Album Artwork" Button in iTunes and it should help.
