Cant restore, reboot loop
Iphone 2g unknown firmware. Bought the phone in this condition, i'm guessing a wrong firmware flash. when i hook it up to itunes it says detected iphone in recovery mode but fails when i try to upgrade and restore. I tried several guides but no go. iRecovery looks like it kicks it out of reboot loop but it is still in restore mode and will not restore error 1608 and 1611. thanks for any help

dfu
okay so you need to put your phone in DFU mode, and try shift clicking restore and manually selecting the firmware you are trying to load. you may need to redownload the firmware or get it from some other web stie...sometimes the firmware doesnt work . you need 1,1 3.1.2

If QuickPwn is not detecting it then its possible the phone is not loading properly when it detects usb port. run irecovery -s then type:
printenv
copy all that data and post it here, maybe i can spot something for you
make sure u cover your Serial number

This is the printenv, I hope you see something that helps. Thank you for taking your time out to help me.

Still looking for advice!

seems like your nand is messed up.
The nand is located on your logic board which is connected to the battery and directly just a bit behind and below the apple logo.
you can either buy a logic board which will cost about the same price of a iphone 2g or... try to turn it into the app store for a new 2g
sadly there is no software way to fix nand failed initialization
