uninstalled Cydia.. then I need it back.. how?

I have uninstalled my cydia last week. Today, I'm trying to install back into my 3gs 3.1.2 but I couldn't see the icon after reinstalled? Is this normal? Or how to put it back? Should I restore and install blackrain again?

I believe you can just re-jailbreak and re-install cydia. Im pretty sure there is a way you can SSH it back into the phone.
