Unable to store new contacts 3.1.2

I had to replace my addressbook.sqlitedb to get my old contacts that were erased. Now I can't store new contacts. Can someone send me the addressbook.sqlitedb file from a iPhone 3g?

i had the same problem with a couple phones with the 3.x firmware and it drove me nuts but i finally figured out how to fix it.

download Chronus from cydia and back up your contacts using the program

close the Chronus after you back up your contacts and then open the program back up and restore your contacts using Chronus

close Chronus and respring your phone and open your Phone app and you should be able to save new contacs

i had the same problem with 3 phones and this method has worked on all phones
