Copy cracked apps to PC?

Hey,

Basically, after installing Windows 7, I didn't back up the iTunes Apps Library properly


So now, when I try and Sync Apps to iTunes, it says it will delete all Apps on the phone, and replace them with the ones in the current library. (I did transfer purchases)

This normally wouldn't be a problem, but I have loads of cracked apps on my iPhone. And syncing this way, would delete all of them.

Therefore I'm asking is there anyway I can get the Cracked Apps from my iPhone, to my PC. That way I can continue to sync my apps with iTunes.

PS:

Yes I have AppSync 3.1. That would be fine if my Apps library was actually synced, which can only be done by deleting all the Apps I currently have.
