make copies of an app?

Ok I have an app installed from the appstore. I was wondering is there anyway I can have 2 copies of the app on my phone?

Basically it's a game. and the game allowed only 1 saved slot. So i want to have 2 save slot.

My phone is jailbroken and i do have ssh. I tried an app called renamer hoping it would rename the app and itunes would think it is a different app. but nope didn't work.

thinking of sshing in and copy and paste the folder for that app and rename it something else through that but i am unsure how the iphone generate that random code (the folder containing the app)

anyone have suggestions?

I think this is not possible, sorry. there maybe SOME way, but I never heard of one
