Change location services

Anyone know of any way to change or hack your location services ? A friend of mine has NBA League Pass and says the local games are blacked out . Which sucks because that would be a reason to get it , to watch your home team . So if you hack or trick your phone into thinking your elsewhere , this app would be great .

You can just turn location services off

I thought of that, but this app will not work unless you accept your current location .

Obviously this is still a ways off of anyone figuring it out . I got the app anyway even though I am not able to watch my local team play , I can still catch a couple other games .
