Yeah so I restored my iPhone because I it had too many apps and **** I didn't want, and I made a back up prior.

When it was done restoring, I wasn't paying attention and hit set-up as new iPhone.

Now i Have a backup sitting in the backup folder, and idk how to use it. It won't show up in iTunes.

Anyways to use this? Other wise I lose all my contacts :[
