well guys i just got the replacement 3GS a few days ago.. and come to find out its a refurb (of course). well i noticed when i got it that the vibrator on it was weird.. i would vibrate but it seemed like it was overdoing it a little bit when it did. now it wont work at all. WTH

well im restoring it and seeing if that makes any difference but honestly i dont want to take it back if all i am going to get is another refurbished one.

They rarely give out new iPhone's for replacements.

I said NEW not at all. They usually only hand out refurbished devices.

Yeah Apple only swaps for refurbs....always has.

Its hard to complain since the warranty is 1 year though, most other electronics are 30-90 days in store and afterwards its shipping to the manufacturer to get your old whatever fixed.
