Apps changing positions

I recently jailbroke my ipod touch, 2g. I am very happy with it so far. But every time i restart the ipod, or change theme's with Winterboard (Or anything of the sort) all of the apps shift one page forward. Is there a way to save where they are so i dont have to to keep re-arranging them?

download lockdown in cydia and then go in it and put no app movement
