Default 3g making/recieving calls issue is worsening. Any suggestions?

Ok I have a 3g I bought used alittle over a year Ok so i have a 3g i bought used alittle over a year ago. I have it jb and unlocked with Ultrasn0w. A few months back i posted that i was having random call issues with people calling me but i would not be able to hear them and sometimes they will or will not hear me and then my phone would freeze up in a way that i couldn't hit the end call button or anything to terminate the call. Only a respring or reboot would resolve the issue ever since i upgraded to 3.0. Now this would happen maybe once a week or so. Well the past like two weeks it's gotten worse. this issue is starting to happen multiple times a day and now even sometimes when i call people i can hear them but they cannot hear me. I've been non stop rebooting my phone and it's only temp fixing the issue. I thought it maybe a software problem so i upgraded to 3.1.2 custom fw after a restore, but the problem is getting worse. So i'm wondering could this be a hardware issue? is there a way to tell? I know its not a sim issue cause i just got a new one a few months back and I set up the phone as a new phone after restore. It's just drivin me nuts it's happened like 6 times today alone.

to hard to read, look like some kind of code. Has to be a reason you typed it out that way, not sure I want to know.

Is the phone jailbroken? What method? Not sure that is the problem as you stated it has been happening before updated your OS.
Only thing I could suggest is to restore again (and re-jailbreak if desired) and see if it continues.

its been jb ever since i got it with 2.2+ fw on it with no problem...as soon as i updated it to 3.0 fw and jb with redsnow, the problem started...it was a hit and miss deal happening once or twice a week, but a reboot would fix it...but the past two weeks it been happening alot so i restored and updated it with 3.1.2 custom fw off a mac (pwned to conserve the bb) like 3 or 4 days ago and it didnt fix the issue....now the only thing i've been doing differently since 2.2.1, is i've been using an "att" sim card to "activate" the phone so my push would work...could that be causing conflicts?
