    Default i need help getting a new phone

    ok i sold my iphone and im trying to buy a new 1
    does anyone know where i can buy 1 and not have to add a new line to my at&t plan

    if you sold your phone you should have probably kept your sim card so you could put it inside a new phone.

    and if you sold your sim card with the phone, you should have probably transferred the plan into the buyer's name.

    i sold it on craigslist so he could unlock and use with t mobile
    i still have my sim card
    without an upgrade the iphone 3g 8gb is 299 which i think is completely retarded

    No, you are retarded. Why would you sell it if you need an iPhone? If you are planning to sell your existing iPhone it would be smart to research how you are going to replace it before you actually sold it.
