cydia updates?
hey, me and my friend were playing around with our iphones, and it seems that he has a newer version of cydia than me.
when you scroll to the bottom of the main page of cydia, it tells you your device, firmware, and another number that i'm assuming is the version of cydia.
is there a way to update cydia, or is re-jailbreaking the only way to get the new versions of cydia?

^are you both using the same firmware? you should get all updates automatically.

yeah we're both on 3.0
is it because he used redsn0w 0.8 and i used redsn0w 0.7.2?
