pkgbackup...........
Has anyone been able to successfully re-install all your apps from cydia using pkgbackup? I think it messed up my phone so I am restoring now by hand again (one at a time from Cydia itself not using pkgbackup) to see if the issue I had still persists. If it doesn't then I know pkgbackup is to blame. Has anyone been able to successfully use it or has anyone had issues with it? Just curious.

I had issues when updating to 3.1 but that was because I updated before the 3.1 JB was out so there were some issues there...
it works great now
I always feel sorry for the guy in the iPhone commercials. He always gets a call right in the middle of trying to do something

I used pkgbkup when I upgraded from jailbroke 3.0.1 to 3.1.2
I backed up all 30+ Cydia apps with pkgbkup, upgraded to 3.1.2, made it ra1n, then then restored all 30+ Cydia apps with pkgbkup, all worked fine with no issues.
