problem with opening apps

hello,

just recently I'm having some trouble with opening apps on my iphone 3G (16gig, FW 3.0, jailbroken with mac-I think pwnage).
a few days ago, it was still fine, well fine as in my apps opened, just slow (but It's been like this since I jailbroke it), but it was okay.
Today my apps just won't load, ik press the icon, and an empty screen pops up, then it just closes by itself. The only thing I could think of what could cause it, would be Lockdown (which I cannot open), other apps I had trouble with: settings and iPod(which I really need) and all my games.

Furthermore, the sound of my iPhone (be it music, ringtone, phone sounds) are 'delayed', seconds after I pressed an icon or whatever I hear the sound (which I should here instantly). And the music from my ipod is a mess. When playing a song, it's okay, but if I want to select another, it takes a few minutes for it to 'load' and the current song will 'malfunction' (as in repeating some parts, no sound at all, etc)

Does anyone know what could've caused/is causing this? (I don't really have much jailbroken apps on it anymore).

I would suggest you restore to a fresh 3.0 ((making sure you set it up as a new phone so no corrupted files will be installed)) and then re-jailbreak it with redsn0w.
