Strangest HotMail problem ever.
Hey everyone,
Haven't posted here in ages, but I am having the strangest problem.
So I got myself a free iPhone 8GB 3G from a friend, and it was water damaged but I fixed it. Read the story here:Login – 68k Macintosh Liberation Army Forums
Now that's not the problem, the problem is Hotmail. My mom uses hotmail and I am giving this iPhone to her (Not keeping it as I already have 16GB 3G white). When I go to set it up it gives me some crap about not having a Hotmail plus account. But the kicker: I set up her account on MY iPhone a few months back and it worked fine! And I just activated the account on my iPhone and it downloaded all her eMails perfect. It's so strange.
AND BEFORE ANYONE SAYS THAT BECAUSE IT WAS WATER DAMAGED IS THE PROBLEM DO NOT. Thanks :PLast edited by Mars478; 10-22-2009 at 05:00 PM.

oh. i dont know much about hotmail.
anyway, you're much better off finding a separate e-mail app on appstore/cydia if you are going to use hotmail. i heard its really buggy with the iphone native app.

iTunes Store
thats the best one but the price... yuck.
but here's a free one you can add hotmail accounts to:
iTunes Store
i suggest trying the free one first and if that doesnt work/satisfy, buy the other one
