make sure your contacts are saved on your SIM and not the actual iPhone.

or just simply synced with windows/mac contacts via iTunes.... that would be easier than trying to get them on the sim via the iPhone.
So long, and thanks for all the fish

well, since there is currently no way for the iPhone to store the contacts to the sim.... I think my opinion counts.

    lol r u srs?

i dont mean any disrespect, but im honestly starting to think that an ipod touch + some random phone is a much better choice than an iphone. i know it'd be 2 devices instead of 1, but price, functionality e.t.c is worth it...

It did bother me in the beginning that I couldnt store them to the sim, but syncing them with windows contacts is just a easy. Also, if(god forbid) i ever lost my iPhone or had it stolen, all my contacts are still there, safe and sound on my computer.

Ya I much prefer storing my contacts elsewhere instead of on a simcard.
