Theme icons stuck in old theme!

I installed a theme using Winterboard the theme is called illuminate, after installing it i found a other theme i liked and installed it bus a select few of the icons remained as the illuminate theme see wunderradio and copilot uk!




Any help would be much appreciated!

Did you delete the first theme? Make sure its not enable as well in Winterboard - if you plan on keeping it

Sorry to bring this one back. But I'm having the same problem. The most annoying part is that the reason I took off Illumine is because certain icons were showing the original way...

Those same icons are now showing the illumine icons after the theme was deleted.

Looks like its hard reset time!
