Help with application

I need some help. I have just upgraded my iphone from 2.2 to 3.01. I realized after syncing with itunes, I am unable to open up applications for those downloaded from itunes like Facebook. What should I do?

what do you mean by "unable to open"? do they crash?
in any case, try to uncheck "sync applications" in itunes (connect your phone -> go to your phone in the left sidebar -> go to the applications tab -> uncheck the checkbox), then sync your phone. then re-enable "sync applications" and sync again.

Yup, they crash. I have tried to uncheck-sync-enable-sync again but it still won't work.

All application downloaded from 3 party works perfectly, only those downloaded from iTunes store are giving problem. Everyone of them crash...

What is the problem?

sounds like something on the iphone is messed up, because ALL of them crash. is it possible you replaced the MobileInstallation file? that could be the problem. I'd suggest a restore through itunes and then try to sync your apps to your phone before you install anything else from cydia. see if they work.
