This sounds like the promises that Android had. Oh wait, this is a Motorola running Android. Been done before? Verizon's Droid Targets iPhone - PC World

Jailbreaking busts everything but the phone not having a flash for the camera and the battery not being swappable.
This is a ploy to take on the biggest phone on the market. While it may be a catchy add, if you think the iPhone is going anywhere soon, you are crazy.

yea maybe you dont have to jailbreak the droid to customize it.. but that takes out all the fun in the iphone lol

Pre failed. Android still has some growing to do but it has potential. I saw the screenshots for Android 2.0 and it's looking more like an OS. It's promising but I'll have to see a couple versions down the road.
The iPhone is #1 for me just because of all the apps. You can't beat the selection and variety.Android user suffering from iPhone withdraw.
