i have all of my contacts on my iphone which i have backed up to itunes

i need to know how to copy the contacts from itunes to another sim card so that i can use it in a nokia

any help would be much appreciated as im flying away in about 8 hours!

last min dot com i know but if anyone could tell me if this is possible, it would be great
