iPhone Icon Doesn't Show Up In Windows Explorer - Help!

I need help!! After upgrading my iphone 1G to 3.0, my computer is no longer able to access my pictures in the iphone. Before 3.0, I was able to see the iphone icon in windows explorer. But, I'm able to recharge my iphon through USB. And, itunes recognizes it too. It's just that the iphone icon doesn't show up in windows explorer. What do I do?
