new pc, want to update

so im running 3.0 and havent got mms. i just bought a new pc and im wondering how to set this up so i can update my fone and rejailbreak it.

i had xp on my old pc, and i had to set up the address book so i can sync my contacts, on my new pc i have vista (unfortunately, but only for another 3 weeks or so)

how do i set up contacts on this pc and what else would i need to re-jailbreak. i used pwnage tool before so i imagine it'll be the same.

i want to update to the latest one tho, i believe its 3.1.2? im not sure if that one is jailbroken yet, but if it is..then thats where i want to be at.

and is there an address book for vista? and how do i sync contacts?

Go to your old computer and put in a dvd. In iTunes do a complete backup to the dvd. Restore it to your new computer to have your contacts/etc.
