Can I use iTunes with my jailbroken T-mobile iPhone 3g with 3.1?

will it remove my cydia apps?

do I need to turn off anything or turn any thing on?

I did not use update to 3.1.2.

should I sink applications - it always says do you want to remove these applications - legit ones and I dont but I am not sure what settings to use..

any help??

Yes you can use itunes, and just connect and use, the app sync stting look at it and see how you have it set up, but if the app are in your computer and you accdictnly delete your app on your phone you can just add them again.
And don't update to 3.1.2 because then you wont be able to unlock any more for T-Mobile
