In need of help!!!

Ok so ever since I jailbroke my phone I've been getting this loading symbol which appears and gets stuck on my phone app. It only goes away if i download something off cydia but as soon as i respring for whatever or so much as get a call it appears again and stays. I need help getting rid of it as it is getting on my last nerve. Maybe a file or image I can simply delete through ssh or ifile but I have been unable to find anything as of yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Below is an image of my home screen and as you can see that symbol is stuck right on my phone. Thanks in advance.

Its your background app, just go to background and disable that setting so it won't appear on you no more.

Go so backgrounder
then click Global
and where it says Badge click it and then it should say off, If its blue it mean its on so turn it off
