How to uninstall ICY?

Icy messed up cydia and there is no way to uninstall it? (I installed it with blackra1n)

Does Rock allow you to uninstall Icy. If so, then install it with blackra1n (if you still have it on the phone) or with Icy. Then uninstall the other two, reinstall Cydia, and use Cydia to uninstall Rock.

Hmm, sounded simpler before writing it down.
