If I jailbreak/unlock someone's iPhone but don't sync, is my iTunes acct compromised?

Thought of this the other day...I've jailbroken a couple iPhones for friends but never sync'ed them with my iTunes...but does restoring through my iTunes add my account to their phone?

I'm hoping/thinking no, but just wanted to be sure.

Even if you did sync they would require your password to purchase anything

Not at all. I do this all the time. They may have to go into settings on the iphone and login to their own itunes account to purchase or sync on their own computer.
