Encountered a section with no package: header

everything in cydia dissapear
package's & sources

I did remove a file with Ifile.app
is the a trash folde?

The file I removed was from
/var/cache/apt/archives
it was a .db file or .deb or something like that.
Can some one help?

Fix:
var/lib/apt/lists.
There you have to delete all files except the ‘partial’ folder

No that isn't the answer for everyone. I tried it three times. Jailbroke 3gs last night for the first time. (have jailbroken an iphone before) Cydia still doesn't work after doing that. Didn't work from the start and I did a default install of everything. Nothing custom.
