How to do a complete backup (incl Cydia apps)

Is there an easy way to backup the enire iPhone contents, including music, vidoes, contacts, settings, purchased apps, free apps and Cydia apps etc? I've seen a few tutorials that are a little extensive as they include SSH etc.

Is there anything "easier" available? After the 3.1.2 JB I've spent qiute a lof of time customising my phone and would really like to avoid starting anew if I have to restore...

I'm in the EXACT same situation as you. Same firmware, same model phone and I would also like to back up everything, as I too, have put in a lot of work customizing my phone.
